Different tools such as cupping, and fascial adhesion technique, may be used to enhance the effectiveness and comfort of your sessions. I am trained and experienced in the use of these tools. The modalities used during your massage will be discussed and agreed upon before use. These additional modalities are included with your bodywork.

Ideal for athletes of any kind, professional to recreational: Improve performance, reduce pain, increase range of motion, prevent injury, shorten recovery time. Specific to overused & stressed muscles, from repetitive & often aggressive movements.
Swedish Massage 30 minutes - $55 45 minutes - $75 60 minutes - $100
This is a slower, gentle type of bodywork. Suited for those looking for less intense massage that soothes and reduces stress and helps tissue relax.
Kinesio tape (per area) - $10
Kinesio Tape is a rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. It can provide pain relief and decrease swelling.
Focuses on certain painful and/or stiff "trouble spots". Not typically intended as a relaxation technique, the use of deep tissue massage can be very therapeutic, relieving patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries and chronic pain.
